We have been making snacks and cakes in Milan, Italy, since 1953 and we know what really counts: that our products are good. Seriously good.
BRC, IFS, ISO 9001:2015, Kosher, UTZ-MB, RSPO-MB: these acronyms may sound odd, but they are here for your wellbeing.
Balconi has successfully achieved and maintained these certifications, proof of our process and product safety.
In addition to our external certifications, we carry out over 30,000 checks on our raw materials, on semi-finished and finished products and on the production area.
No artificial colours or hydrogenated fats. All preservatives are banished from our snacks. We carefully select our ingredients and rigorously check them to guarantee our quality and your wellbeing.
