Respect for our tradition.

To know our history we have to go back to the 50’s, to a small mountain village in the Mediterranean.
A town full of life, where stories of effort, perseverance and above all passion for the work done have been forged.

What we are today, our brand, values and know-how is thanks to the entrepreneurship of our parents with their small bakery. We never imagined that what began as a dream would become this great story that we continue to write, Horno Hermanos Juan, our most artisan brand.

We have grown loving, respecting and understanding the family profession as an artisan process but always betting on improving what we do. For the elaboration of our products we use selected raw materials and eggs from our own farm. In addition, we keep our traditional recipes, being faithful to tradition and the spirit of manual processes. Our focus is always on the satisfaction of our customers and taking care of the details to the maximum to never lose what makes us special, what makes us different.
